''Great entertainment at this Club.''

I must disagree with the people who have said this club is rubbish. Last weekend there was a great Bee Gees tribute on called Stayin Alive UK,they were brilliant,the club was very busy and everyone had a great time.Well done for the committee organising such a great night. ''Bee Gees Tribute back at the last minute.''

Saturday Night Fever hits Eastbourne's Bandstand a day early on Friday (July 20) with the return of the Bee Gees tribute band. Replacing Eagles tribute The Alter Eagles, who have cancelled all engagements due to unforeseen circumstances, The Bee Gees tribute will make sure that the high-pitched sounds of the famous group are well and truly Stayin Alive. Councillor David Tutt, Leader of Eastbourne Borough Council, said "The Bee Gees tribute band attracted one of our biggest crowds this year on their first appearance with legendary songs and plenty of audience participation, so we're really pleased to welcome them back." "The Stage" review.

One of the market leaders in the tribute field has to be Bee Gees tribute band Stayin Alive. Three deadringers for the Brothers Gibb offer a vocal harmony accuracy that is so compelling that sharp intakes of breath from their audience must follow the opening few bars of their first number at their live shows. Bee Gees Fan Club Review.

Stayin Alive evidently make themselves up to look like The Bee Gees and it is certainly an entertaining aspect of the show.I have to admit though that dressed up in their 90's gear they do look pretty close to the real thing!They also sound like the Bee Gees,on occasions unnervingly so.Jimmy Stanley as Robin Gibb has to be singled out here,on such songs as "Saved By The Bell" you really can't tell the difference!Many of you may recognise Jimmy from when he appeared on "Stars In Their Eyes" back in the early 90's singing "Massachusetts".
